What is a Serviced Apartment?

A serviced apartment is a great alternative to staying in a hotel. Serviced apartments provide much more living space and freedom than traditional hotel rooms, with facilities to cook and entertain. Maid and towel/linen service is provided, free unlimited wireless internet, SKY TV and parking. Our serviced apartments rates are ‘per room’ rather than ‘per person’, so not only do they offer up to three times the size of a hotel room but they are much better value.

What facilities are in your apartments?

All of our apartments which are purpose built and modern have the following:-

  • 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (some kings)
  • Family bathroom with bath
  • Ensuite shower room
  • Fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave oven and all the kitchenware, cutlery and crockery you’ll need
  • Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi
  • Flat screen TV with SKY, DVD player & iPod dock
  • A safe, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer
  • A welcome basket containing tea, coffee, milk, bread, cereal, juice and biscuits.
  • A starter pack of dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, kitchen cleaner, bin liners and cleaning cloths

What additional services and facilities are available?

  • Free cots and highchairs on request
  • Additional maid service (extra charge)

What is included in the rate?

The rate includes all utility bills and weekly maid service with linen/towel change. The only additional cost would be for landline telephone calls which are recharged at standard BT rates.

Can I view an apartment before making a reservation?

Yes, just call our reservation team on 0845 051 4251 and a viewing can be arranged.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

There is a 7 day minimum stay. However, please check with us for shorter stays, as there are sometimes gaps to fill, so we may be able to accommodate for you for less than 7 days.

How often are the apartments cleaned?

A weekly maid serviced is included in the price, when the maids will clean the apartment and change the bed linen/towels etc. However additional maid visits can be booked by contacting us at the rate of £35+VAT.

How many people can stay in one of your apartments?

All apartments have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (some with a king size bed) meaning they can accommodate up to 4 people.

Is there parking available?

There is one parking bay provided per apartment however Commercial vehicles are prohibited.

Do you have accessible apartments?

Some of our apartments are ground floor and are accessible by wheel chair. There are lifts in the apartments.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made online through our Booking tool, or call 0845 051 4251 or email enquiries@executivestay.co.uk   Once a reservation is made, a confirmation with full instructions for check-in including a location map and T&Cs will be sent via email.

How and when do I pay for my apartment?

All payments are required prior to commencing your stay. Further details on payments can be found in our terms and conditions.

Do you have a 24 hour Reception?

We do not have a Reception area on site as our apartments are situated in a private residential development. We do however meet all guests upon arrival and have a 24 hour emergency assistance number which will be provided on arrival.

How do I check-in and do I need to bring any paperwork?

Details of check-in will be emailed to you before arrival and you will be personally met at the apartment by one of the team. Our standard check-in time is 4.00pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day, check-out time is 10.00am. Subject to availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes possible. For all non-corporate reservations we require to see ID on arrival.
